Great investment for automotive climate control

The APDTY actuator is incredible! Based on my experience, it is a great investment for any automotive climate control system. It has easy installation and compatibility with any Promaster model. The positive impact it has had on my vehicle's climate control system has been noticeable. The only con is that it is a bit pricey, but it is worth every penny for its quality and effectiveness. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • Easy installation process
Cons
  • Compatibility issues with some Promaster models

Will not fit Chrysler 200's manufactured during certain months of 2013

Wire connector will not fit. The auto parts store had to find out what month the car was made in order for the part to accept my wire plug and I was only reimbursed a fraction of the cost when I returned it.

Pros
  • Best in class
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Broke after 2 weeks.

Mounted on a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. After 2 weeks, one of the inner surfaces of the bearing broke off the housing, allowing the internal gears to move and slip. There is no fiberglass reinforcement in the case like a standard block and the plastic is thinner.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Hard to say
