Good first impression

First impression when it arrived was that it has better build quality than other 'blue' hobby gauges and the like. Nice bag to carry and protect. Good range of electrodes available for many applications. All in all, this gauge is as basic as you want it to be, or has the ability to go beyond your typical rig monitor. All that has been said is that its durability/reliability matters and all I can confirm are my first impressions compared to a plethora of monitors from just about every majorโ€ฆ

Fast, Accurate, Easy to Read, Bulky

Summary: I like the meter and although expensive it is fast and accurate and I'm glad I bought it. Detail: I already had a pen ph meter behind the Apera, but I needed a meter with more reach so I could see the readings clearly. I really like this meter and although it is quite expensive I think it saves me a lot of time to check my pH and EC with the same meter and I don't have to mess with hard to reach places. I was a bit confused when calibrating this because it claims an accuracy of 0.01โ€ฆ

Great meter for laboratory and personal use. Accurate and durable.

It's listed under a different name on the Revain website, where it sells for a lot less ($303.04), but it's the same gauge. I will now buy all my Apera products from the Revain website for obvious reasons. Apera has long been known for manufacturing high quality pH meters and we have been using their pH meters in our research for many years. Solution conductivity is a critical measurement component of our generation of molecular electronic devices, and this meter has the advantage of measuringโ€ฆ
