Paperweight made from scrap metal.

Worked unstable for a week and a half, then died spontaneously. The cables were covered in black braid, looked very nice, but were very short and could not be routed anywhere but straight to their location.

Works, but questionable quality

Works, but I don't trust it. Twice the PC restarted automatically and once the motherboard detected an abnormal voltage and shut down. The other two power supplies I used with the same computer had no problems.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Very expensive

This power supply convinced me for the price. It looks good. has a good number of SATA connectors. Features an 8-pin ATX connector (CPU) and a power button. The voltages, with the maximum load of my computer with 240 watts, did not collapse at all. The fan was very quiet when turned on and reasonable when the computer reaches normal operating temperature. The PSU fan is the noisiest fan in the computer that heats up but still not unreasonably. After a week of use, the fan started making a lot…

Pros
  • Internal components
Cons
  • Vulgarity
