I bought this for my best friend as a Christmas gift this year (2019). I haven't given it to him yet but I like the look of it. I will update it after Christmas.

The vest seems to be of very good quality. He looks soft and I like to look at me. At first it was a bit small for me but I untied the laces and now it fits perfectly. Can't wait to get my patches for my next Patriot Guard Rider mission. Maybe I just need the female version for my wife :)

This vest is of quite good quality for the price. I'm 5'11" and 150 pounds. I ordered a medium size and it fits perfectly once the side lacing is tightened. from the skin of an animal, although I'm not sure what, and the skin is quite thick and elastic. I didn't have to put NeatsFoot on it to make it softer. The right side opens forward with a latch.
