The cats refused to eat it. . . The chickens ate him.

I tried Applaws dry cat food, my cats liked it. But. . . Unfortunately. . .My cats (both) refused to eat this wet food. That has been said. . . I also have laying hens. . . and the chickens ate it right away! I don't show where the ingredients come from.

Hate cats, tolerate dogs.

Okay, the mousse texture is essentially jelly-like. It is strange. My cats won't even try - they wrinkle their noses. My dog eats it when mixed with his food but doesn't seem to go crazy over it. I've liked other Applaws products, but this one seems like a failure. Not recommended.

Healthy All Meat Protein

What I really like about this cat food is that it only has a few ingredients. Fish broth, sea bream and sunflower oil. Then 2 thickeners. That's all. I'm so tired of cat food that has a lot of grains in it and stuff like that. Cats are carnivores! Of course, it is important that my cat agrees to this. Without doubt. If your cats are only used to highly processed foods, they may not accept that either, and it's very "fishy" (although not as uncomfortable). So don't order if your cat doesn't like

Pros

Cons
  • Not bad

The ingredients for this food looked great, nice clean and simple. My cats eat pie because if I give them anything else they drink the liquid and leave the solid food behind. So I thought this meal would be great. Well, they loved the smell and really wanted to eat it, but when they tried, they just couldn't get past the texture. This food came out of the jar like jelly, a hard clean piece that wobbled. I even tried shredding it for them but they still wouldn't eat. It was a real shame. So I…

Well, my homeless pet ate that

Sea Bream "Mousse" wasn't what I expected! I was expecting it to look like a pie, but it was definitely unlike anything I've seen. Yes, maybe "mousse" is a more accurate description. It is strange. But it smelled good. My cat is a diva. Huge diva. He likes what he loves and sniffs at almost everything I try to snub at him except Fancy Feast. He didn't lick it. He sniffed once and left. However, for a few months I also fed the homeless. (I tried to host this homeless woman once but she hid in my

The kittens seem to like it

Well, I confess I have no idea what a sea bream is. But picky cats love fish food, so I wondered if they would like it. Smell/Odor (that's me): This is a very mild fishy smell - like a typical white fish. Flavor (they are): The youngest wasn't keen but my eldest seemed to like it a lot, as does the average cat, but she loves anything fishy. the tofu and the cats didn't quite know what to do with it. Overall: I have to give them more time to see if their attitude towards him changes. I love that

Preserved quality

I have 2 rescue cats, mother and daughter. They both have eosinophilic granuloma (leading me to believe it's hereditary) but I'm not a vet. 1 of them (I won't embarrass her by writing her name here πŸ˜†) is very picky about food. She loves cheap canned cat food, which worsens her health. I have tried sooo many brands of cat food to distract them from the cheaper brands. She will eat it for about 3 days and then smoke it. In the end I gave in to buying Applaws because for me, a humble farmer, it's
