Good. I had to work on my project and this Mac was pretty much dead. You can't update the software if you don't recognize my Apple ID. However, my iPhone does. I kept changing my Apple ID and I was NOT recognized by this stupid Mac YET. it can be fixed and it's doomed and fixable, my friend. I've lost so much time and money that no one can compensate me.

Computer arrived like new! Computer, keyboard and mouse were on and working properly. I had a learning curve because this is my first Mac, but it was worth it. This computer is a huge upgrade over the computer I used before. I use it at work to make videos. It's faster and much more efficient in all areas of my work. Just got it 2 days ago and everything is working great so far! The pixels on the screen wow what a difference to the computer I use at home for work. Comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse and instructions on how to pair it with your iMac. You need to buy AA batteries for mouse and keyboard to complete setup/sync if wireless. I bought a refurbished iMac on September 1st, 2018. This was a late 2013 version made by Apple Corp. was sold. in 2015.
