It's not what it's supposed to be

I checked their website and saw that the iPad Air 3 is advertised as cellular and Wi-Fi ready for $479. Ordered and shipped within 2 days. The information displayed was the same Ipad Air 3 I was looking at. and the ordered item has been dispatched. Upon delivery, the iPad Air 3 was identified as having Wi-Fi only, no cellular service. contacted the seller who explained that I ordered a WiFi only model. I've made a mistake. No, both sides have confirmed that I bought and paid for an iPad Air 3…

You wouldn't know it was an "updated " iPad Air (current generation), which is nice.

The iPad was packaged very well and arrived on time. The only indication that it wasn't new was a sticker on the back of the box, which was actually an actual Apple box (so it was boxed like new). And perhaps joking luck compared to some of the other reviews mentioning the non-Apple charger (and in defense the listing said it had to be a non-Apple charger), the box was brand new (still wrapped in plastic from the factory) movie) Apple OEM 12 watt charger. It was really a 2019 Apple iPad Air…

Fake parts and useless customer service.

The iPad I received started flashing a purple screen and restarted frequently (5-10 times a day) rendering it almost unusable. The Apple Store said it was because of the fake screen. Customer service was unhelpful and told me they couldn't replace the product. Then when I asked about a fake product, they stopped responding at all. Replacing the screen costs me about $150. What a waste; I could buy something new directly from Apple for the amount of money I would spend fixing a defective product
