From the moment I turned it on and tried to set it up, it kept crashing. It didn't allow downloading applications, and if it did, it crashed immediately. Whatever the company did to "upgrade" this device clearly didn't work. I never write reviews but thought I should share my experience with this purchase.

Fair price but only came in thin box and a piece of bubble wrap. There is no packaging from the iPad, no instructions, so it is not suitable for gifting.

We bought this for our middle child to replace his old one for Christmas and no problem. It came with a charger but no apple box (as it's been refurbished) although that was a bit disappointing but she's 11 and doesn't care lol.

I was initially skeptical as I've never had good experiences with refurbished products, but I have to say this iPad looked like I bought it from Apple. There were no scratches, the screen is responsive. The iPad battery is great! And my mom will love it for Christmas! Corrupt screen. When the screen is on and black, damaged areas are visible. Also the charging port is broken and it is very difficult to charge. Never again

I bought this iPad refurbished and saved about $50 compared to buying new. From time to time I noticed the screen's sensitivity dropping but didn't pay attention as it wasn't my main device. However, over time it fell into disrepair.
