First in a strange box. Second, it had more scuffs and scratches than I would like for the price. appeared / the battery was pretty worn / scratched / and I didn't have a great feeling when unpacking it.

The phone was in perfect condition and works great, however it came without the EarPods and the Lightning/headphone adapter shown in the 'What's in the box' picture. If you need to replace them, the $20 discount for an open box isn't worth it. If I didn't already have Bluetooth headphones and didn't receive discounted Revain Visa points I would go back.

First of all I would like to say that I have an iPhone xs MAX, not a regular xs as advertised. For me it's not that important, but for someone maybe it is. As another review says, it comes with a charger but no headphones or a headphone adapter. Otherwise it looks like new and arrived very quickly! In general very satisfied. To be honest since it's the same price as a new xs I would probably recommend just getting a brand new one instead.
