Shipped within two days and arrived on time. It took me FIFTEEN hours to update and set the iPhone settings to view. Not at all satisfied but glad it really works.

Arrived on time, in original packaging and with extra strap. Looks like new, no scratches or stains. It was easy to set up with my current sprint schedule and easy to pair with my iPhone X.

I have spent many, many hours activating this phone through AT&T support. After consulting the manual for several hours, it was determined that the clock was defective and could not be activated by AT&T. What a terrible waste of time!

So far so good. After buying it, I read a few about Reverie. However, since Revain offers a 90-day return policy for refurbished items, I took a chance. It came in a regular box BUT it looks brand new, there is no scratch and the strap is brand new. It erased, unlocked and installed everything from my iPhone. Also included was a charging station which I wasn't sure if it had one or not. I just received it today so I'll update it in a few weeks if I can.

I would recommend just buying a brand new watch. I couldn't mate AT ALL. I literally couldn't access the watch at all because 1) it actually needed to be paired with the phone and 2) it hadn't been updated making things difficult. I literally tried everything to get it working, nothing worked. He kept saying there was something wrong with my internet connection even though it had nothing to do with it. As a last resort, I took it to an Apple Store because there was absolutely nothing my carrier

I was very shocked after seeing some of the reviews. Some items like the charger have been resold, the bracelet too. However, I ordered one as well, so I didn't actually inspect or open it. I love this watch, I get app notifications (e.g. Snapchat), it shows who is typing what and when a message arrives. I also love how it displays text messages and voice text works amazingly.
