I bought a bottle first but it's better to have a set. One I use is to apply a diluted shampoo to the scalp when the hair is severely frizzy. Reduces that damn untangling. The other I use to lubricate the scalp with oil without loosening or removing the hair. This is necessary for me. Including extra bottles for any other scalp treatment I'm confusing.

I really like this application bottle. I use it to apply scalp care products to my hair. I really like it because it distributes the product evenly without wasting it. I also love the fact that the applicator is plastic so you can gently squeeze and control the amount of product you need. Great price 👍

I use it for a scalp toner but the teeth of the comb are too wide for a liquid liquid like toner, it spreads the toner continuously and distributes the toner not only on the scalp but also on the hair. It will be great if the teeth release the liquid with only slight pressure on the bottle. I will look for another bottle for my purpose.

6oz flimsy plastic bottles. The scallop style top has tiny holes in the 'prongs' so whatever you stuff inside it will flow smoothly. I use it to spray homemade flea powder directly onto my dog's skin. Works great for my purpose.

I really like these applicator bottles. I used them to apply oil to my scalp. They're well made and easy to use, but they leak. I figured it was just a defect in one of them, so I gave up and started another. The first day everything is fine with them, but after a few days around the bottles it gradually begins to flow. I used this to apply neutral henna to my hair as a general deep conditioner. At first I was concerned if the henna would get too thick and if it would push out of the holes. But fortunately this did not happen. And I successfully dyed my hair with henna! Even though the product arrived in about 2 weeks (instead of a few days), I'm still more satisfied than disappointed. I've been using this type of bottle for years and it works great! I love this bottle as it separates my hair and allows me to apply the product to the roots with one hand and without a separate comb. Also, it's much easier on your hands. I chose 6 ounces. Bottle as I need some more hair dye and don't want to mix a second batch. I wash everything after each use.
