good to hand over "kiosk "

I've been smoking meat for many years and usually just don't wrap it, sometimes in foil. I cooked a 20lb brisket at 225 and after 11 hours the core temp stayed at 165. I wrapped the meat in 3 layers of this paper and it got to 195 in 2 hours. I was hoping it wouldn't dry out. The brisket stayed tender and moist, and people considered it the best brisket. This paper provides a great finish.

Pros
  • Catering equipment and accessories
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Mandatory for smokers when cooking meat

I have used this paper to wrap brisket in it when it was ready to smoke enough but still needed to cook. Top notch butcher paper and it did the job as expected. The paper contained all the meat juices and was not soggy. Since it's clean paper, I wasn't worried about the coating causing a bad taste either. This is important if you want to simmer with smoke.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Requires outlet

LOVE this butcher paper!

I've found that I love using this butcher paper on my smoker to wrap meat when needed! Because smoking uses a lower temperature, it definitely won't ignite. Paper is surprisingly good at holding juices, I'd say as good as foil. Does not alter the taste of meat. I don't know why but I also love the look of the paper after sitting in the smoker for a while and containing the juice! It's a really big roll of paper, being a weekend warrior smoker I'm sure it will easily last me a year.

  • Butcher Paper
