Excellent quality and suitable for a very large 20 lb cat. I am medium size.

I was a little afraid to order this due to the size of my cats. I got one to try and if it works I would get another for my other cat. I'm taking her to the vet and the carrier I had before is too small. The reason I was afraid to order this was because I have very large cats weighing around 20lbs each and have very large bones. it works great and you have a lot of space. I'm so glad I bought this as the quality is exceptional and you can tell it will last for years. It was a little difficult…

Economical transport with padded sides

*TIP* Those black poles that stabilize the top are terribly difficult to slide in and out IF you don't enter through the smaller of the two doors. The arched pet access with belt clip is the easiest way to access those hidden pockets! This was very important to me because I wanted to fold it up completely between uses. Priced at around $25-30 I caught it for around $25 I am very happy with this carrier. It held up after a few uses and my Chivini loves it. This is a dog that loves "safe" places…

WHY ARE THERE NO INSTRUCTIONS?

I currently have 4 cats ranging in size from 11 to 17-18 pounds. It's very difficult for our big boy to get into the big solid idea carriers that I use; it requires 2 people. I wanted one that I could pull him into and decided I needed one with wide side and top openings. It matches this account. So - everything is fine. BUT. I had a hard time fitting the hard floor into the carrier. And I was surprised that the bottom cover is not removable. Basically though I think it's UNEXCEPTIONAL to send…

Design flaw, needs to be changed before use

At first glance this product exceeded my expectations for the price BUT after setup and first use I realized this was a HUGE design flaw. To set up the carrier for use, install a floor panel that your pet will sit on, and then install two wooden panels on the longer sides to hold the carrier open. These plates are ALWAYS falling! They pick up a pet-less carrier and soon they fall off on their own, and even worse when the pet is inside! My poor puppy got hit in the head a couple of times and…
