I like the look & options. I’ve only had it a couple weeks & the steam is wonky from hard water clogging it up. But I do have hard water. Haven’t tried cleaning it out with vinegar yet.

This inexpensive shower head solution works great. Has a well distributed flow and has tons of options as far as direction, power, etc. I've only had it for less than a week, but I question why I waited so long.

I love the function of the shower head. I wish it didn't strikingly appear as plastic. It's function is great but it appears cheap. It's very shiny plastic so it looks low quality and it looks like chrome. Nickel is darker and not shiny. It's in my price bracket and works well so I kept it.

This dual shower set is easy to install. Be sure you read the instructions concerning changing the shower settings. The 7" shower head is just as good, if not better than the simple overhead rain type shower heads because of the quality and options. The Best!

it would leave the shower floor wet the next day. The different spray settings have some slop in them which is probably the likely cause. I wanted to like this shower head but I'll be shopping around for another one that leaves my floor dry.

Water pressure is excellent. Very strong, don’t have to worry about any reduction in pressure with this shower head.I especially love the mist feature. Very powerful mist. Feels like a warm, soft blanket enveloping my face and body.

I suppose the banged up ripped box should have been a red flag for starters. But we decided we were going to give it a shot anyways and it was a waste of time even if it only took less then 10 mins to swap out our shower heads. The first thing that we noticed was that the handheld doesn’t fit in it’s holster, it’s so loose it falls out. Lastly we had great water pressure, that went bye bye with this rain head. It’s one thing for the rain head to be lighter in pressure but the handheld had crap…
