Terrible customer service

Did anything work with this order. I heard great news about this brand. But the one I received in the mail was damaged and the missing parts made the canister leak first, this water press leaked and it doesn't work. and made a mess of my house. Returned my product and haven't heard from the seller about my money to be returned. Or even an apology for a damaged product. Looks used and was only sold as new.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some errors

So far so good on filters

Update: 2018-06-20 This reverse osmosis filter is still working well another 7 months and over 300 gallons later. Absolutely no leakage. I am completely happy! Initial Review: I've had this 100 gallon per day RO/DI configuration for two weeks and have made 50 gallons of water so far. My tap water was only 40psi so I added an Aquatec 8800 booster pump which boosted the pressure to 85psi in my case. So far I've been very happy with this RO/DI box. Installation is very easy, absolutely no leaksโ€ฆ

Finally got a good one but had to change it twice

I bought this reverse osmosis system to mix seawater for the aquarium. The device itself is nothing special, but has everything you need and produces water with 0 TDS. It connects to regular hose bolts with the included adapter and works well once it does. It's slightly slower than the 100 gallons-per-day rating, closer to 75 gallons-per-day with my 55 psi faucet, but still fast enough to get the job done. Replaced the first block due to missing parts and the second cracked and leaked betweenโ€ฆ

Best R/O filter yet

This was my first R/O filter. When we moved here I hooked it up to "city waterโ€. I had about 28 containers, 20 of which needed soft water. I used about 80 gallons of filtered water daily for water changes. Our water here is much harder than the water we had in Atlanta. I had to change the sump every 2-3 months, and everyone else twice a year. But then the energy supplier changed and we got a big increase in the water price, so I had to reconsider. I decided to connect it to well water. Our well
