Use these on the 5 gallon Primo water jugs I fill at Wal Mart. You can either pay $6.50 to swap them out for a pre-filled jug or use these lids and fill them by hand for $2. I'm cheap so I took these caps lol. Working without leaks

I used recycled cork caps, for example for water coolers. They leak and are difficult to put on and take off. This is ideal for transporting jugs to a gas station. They snap on and off easily and don't leak. They fit blue unthreaded water jugs.

They are so tight that when you finally put them on the bottle you can't remove them without tongs - whether you soak them warm or hot (not boiling ) water to ensure they are loose enough to safely put on and take off without spilling a freshly filled water bottle.

I bought these to cap 3 5 gallon water bottles. These bottles have a premium brand name. They worked on 2 out of 3 bottles. All 3 worked on 2, I think the 3rd has a problem with the bottle and not the cap. They're pretty good, they stay on their own and are removed quite easily. But they don't fit perfectly. I feel like they could be a little tighter. I have a feeling they will serve their purpose for me. I think if you drop the pitcher it might bounce.
