Bad reviews are true, I didn't want to believe it was true, and now I know better:

The pump did not work and even after several cleanings they tried to fix the impeller shaking but did not spin in vain. I contacted the seller and asked to be taken to a workshop and they will refund the money for the repair. NO, ABSOLUTELY NO. Not worth a star for service and quality.
