💧 Aquasana Replacement Cartridges: Enhance Water Quality with 2-Stage Filtration Review

After 1 year and 1 previous filter change the system was working fine. When I installed them the canisters wouldn't close and the whole system started leaking. I checked all the gaskets, reinstalled the filters several times. Some blue gel will remain, which should seal the closing canisters. Vain. I had to replace the whole system with another brand.

This filter system works well and really improves the taste where we live. However, frankly, the price of replacement filters is outrageous. We've extended these filters to almost a year because I don't lose $60 every 6 months on a basic set of pleated charcoal filters. If they priced them cheaper, they could have increased the volumes and ended up making more money, but instead they just scam people.

I really like these dual filters. I've been using them for about 1 year now and I find them to filter my drinking water really well. They are easy to install or replace. You just have to rotate all the water sources to make them drown. I also recommend getting a filter subscription with this setup, as I've found that the battery that prompts you to change filters can sometimes run low. The rest is very good!

Revain offers an aftermarket version of these units that DO NOT WORK. If the supplier listed is not "By Aquasana", do not purchase. Read other reviews on this topic. I spent hours getting the faulty ones to work, so I called Aquasana for advice. They said the non-original ones didn't quite fit and weren't covered by the Aquasana warranty. So I reordered the Revain By Aquasana filters, they fit and the system is working again.

I have been using this product for about five years now. The device fits under the sink and attaches to a small faucet next to the regular faucet on my sink. I have to change the filter every 6-12 months depending on water usage. Any water I will drink or boil comes from this device. With all the water quality issues being reported across the country, this device gives me peace of mind knowing I'm protected from the occasional bureaucratic jerk.

The previous filters I bought used more water than I'm used to. Good, I thought; They improved the design. I was wrong. I accidentally bought copy filters. Revane informed us of their discovery and gave us the money back. They left rust in the filter compartments which I had to clean before replacing. Yuk. So I bought them again.
