Nice tank for the price! Bigger is always better but this is a great 5 gallon starter

I've had this tank for a week now and no problems! I tested Smart Cleaning and it works like clockwork! This is especially nice because the Smart Clean technology allows me to alter the water flow so that it isn't too strong for a long-finned Betta. It arrived with no scratches or cracks, made of acrylic. It has high reflection, so if you have an aggressive rooster it might need a background. There's plenty of room for plants and hiding places, but the tank itself is a little under 15 inchesโ€ฆ

It's sad that there is a leak in starter kits

Acrylic tanks leaking. I bought the Aqueon LED MiniBow kit with SmartClean technology. ordered on 12.02. Received a few weeks late due to weather delays and installed about 4 weeks ago. very happy with the look. if it were densely planted and supported a colony of the fewest killer fish. regularly I noticed water around the aquarium. Each time I blamed the grandkids for putting their hands and arms in the aquarium and making it overflow. but during the last cleaning and water change i gradually

The filter flow is VERY strong which led to an unfortunate end...

I did extensive research to find the perfect starting tank for my 4 year old fish. Having eaten fish as a child, I was no stranger to their needs and satisfaction. I saw that this tank had some negative reviews but I skipped them; I wish I hadn't. We bought a tank with gravel, decoration and a plant. When we went to the fish shop, my daughter fell in love with the pink betta. We bought a heater, it fits perfectly in the tank. Our new friend was happy the first day, the second day our Betta wasโ€ฆ

I have chosen to ignore some of the negative reviews as my daughter Beta 'Seashell' is used to living and thriving in a filter tank. The light in the tanks went out, and instead of replacing the lantern, I thought it would be more profitable to buy a new tank. I liked that changing the water was simplified and seemed much more efficient. When moving the "bowl" to her new aquarium, we did everything the instructions recommended. I put some decor under the filter to keep the fish from getting too
