Simple yet effective tool designed and used effectively

The software is very easy to use, I am able quickly get up-to speed with it compared other products in this space that are more complex or expensive/expensively priced (eg TST). There's nothing i dislike about being an employee of arboursoftware! Would love if we could have some additional features added like test case management - but still would not say there has been anything 'wrong' as such by using ARS so far for our needs at least!
