Description of ARCTIC P14 PWM - 140 mm Case Fan with Pressure-optimized PWM, Ultra Quiet Motor - Fan Speed: 200-1700 RPM - Black

Characteristics of the ARCTIC P14 PWM - 140 mm Case Fan

The ARCTIC P14 PWM is a high-quality computer component designed to provide optimal cooling performance for your system. It is specifically optimized for static pressure, ensuring efficient cooling even in the presence of increased air resistance. This makes the P14 PWM particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators.

Enhanced Efficiency and Extended Lifespan

The P14 PWM features advanced technology, including a Neodym-Iron-Boron-Magnet ring in its motor. This cutting-edge magnet ring enables the fan to run much more efficiently than its predecessors, delivering improved cooling performance while keeping noise levels to a minimum. Additionally, the lower motor temperature of the ARCTIC motor contributes to an extended lifespan, with a rough doubling of the fan's longevity compared to traditional models.

Multiple Applications and Benefits

The ARCTIC P14 PWM is a versatile component that can be used in various settings to enhance home comfort and improve system performance. Here are some examples of where this fan can be employed:

  • Desktop computers for efficient cooling and heat dissipation
  • Gaming consoles to prevent overheating during extended gameplay sessions
  • Home theater systems for maintaining optimal operating temperatures
  • Server rooms to ensure reliable cooling for uninterrupted operations
  • Investing in the ARCTIC P14 PWM will provide you with a reliable and efficient cooling solution, offering improved performance and longevity for your computer system or other applicable devices.

OPTIMISED FOR STATIC PRESSURE: The fan guarantees extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance, therefore, the P14 PWM is particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators. 201 TO 1700 RPM REGULATED VIA PWM: Thanks to 4-pin connector, the RPM can be regulated in a broad spectrum via PWM, noise is kept at a minimum while maximum cooling performance is given when needed. MORE EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY: The motor is powered by a Neodym-Iron-Boron-Magnet ring of the newest generation, which allows the new P14 PWM to run much more efficiently than its predecessors. EXTENDED LIFE SPAN: A 10 °C lower motor temperature roughly doubles the life span of a fan, the new ARCTIC motor has a four times longer service life through its low coil temperature. TECHNICAL DATA: Fan speed: 200–1700 RPM, Airflow: 72.8 CFM/123.76 m3/h (@ 1700 RPM), Noise Level: 0.3 Sone (@ 1700 RPM), Pin: 4-pin.

Not perfect quality, there is a small defect.

Maybe I was unlucky, I also ordered a black version and everything was fine with it, but for such a price the shoals are strong. In the photo, all the jambs before file processing. My verdict - do not make white assemblies, there are more problems than with black components. I recommend bags, but check upon receipt or prepare paint and a file. ALL PROBLEMS ONLY WITH THE WHITE VERSION.

    Pros
    • They blow well, relatively quiet, pwm-pst connection is very convenient for laying wires
    Cons
    • Quality. White - off-white, more creamy, the color of sun-bleached plastic. It differs from the color on the box and from the color in the photo of the product. There are pieces of directional plastic on the impeller, as if printed on a 3d printer without processing. Finished with a file - they work well. Perhaps I have a marriage, but because work well and the PC is not exhibition did not return.

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

I put 2 on a new computer and put one on the server. Very quiet but blows well. There are no annoying backlights at the same time) yes, there are a lot of fireflies in the photo behind, but, alas, we could not find the necessary characteristics without backlights.

    Pros
    • - quiet - silent

I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

They work great, I recommend. Some pros: Bought a pair for the front of a PC case. They are quieter and produce more airflow than the standard fans in my old zalaman z9 plus case. Has some cons: On one of the fans there was some kind of dark, staining powder. Removed with a damp cloth.

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

There are no rubberized mounts, but they don’t vibrate. Arctic, as always, has the best 140mm turntables on the market, they are suitable for everything, both for the radiator, and for air intake / exhaust, I put 2 pieces on the intake, they do an excellent job. It is a pity that the appearance is not like that of bionics, but these cost 600-700 per piece, an ideal choice. In the photo, 2 such fans are blown (front panel).

    Pros
    • Price, speed control, pvm-pst - you can connect several turntables in 1 connector in series, since they consume ~ 02022A, and in boards, often, 4 pins are allocated 1A each for one connector, that is, you can connect up to 8pcs in 1 connector . Silently operate up to 1000 rpm, 10 year warranty (why?).
    Cons
    • Not found.

Good product, more pros than cons.

Some pros: The quality of the plastic, at low speeds is almost inaudible, it cools quite well. Additional input for combining turntables on a cable. Has some cons: the length of the wire (I would like another 10 centimeters), the price is a bit high, but given the current jumps, this is not surprising. The price for it is 500-700.

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

I bought 5 pieces to purge the system unit, put tights on them to protect them from dust (I have 3 cats at home) and even under such conditions they do their job perfectly. What we liked: - noise level. Up to 1000 rpm you will not hear them, above there will be quite audible noise from the air flow. - price. The most democratic in its category with excellent performance. - pack of 5 pieces. I immediately took the pack, because I planned to use one in the power supply to replace my noisy one…

    Pros
    • 1) good airflow 2) price 3) low noise 4) no backlight
    Cons
    • 1) gives vibrations to the body at high speeds 2) plastic chips when tightening screws 3) no silicone studs included instead of bolts

I bought this value pack of 5 fans to replace the world's 140mm flagships, namely the Noctua nf-p14 and to replace the 3pin stock screws be quiet silent wings that came with the silent base 801 case. The first given screws were broken by sound parameters. (NF ki sound like a hurricane at their maximum 1500 rpm, when I hear a much less weak sound stream from p14) the second ones are just faster, there are 1000 rpm screws in the silent base. I am at the same time amazed at how amazing p14s are…

    Pros
    • Phenomenal characteristics for this price
    Cons

I am not disappointed, the quality is satisfying.

One of the 5 fans in the package crackles noticeably, another one is much less noticeable, but perceptible in silence, at any speed Pros below: -They look unattractive, do not catch the eye -Pull / purge well -Noiseless up to 900 rpm - The ability to connect fans to each other, saving connectors on the motherboard -Very low minimum rpm threshold (100-200) -Good price for relatively quiet and efficient fans, especially in comparison with Noktua - 3200/5pcs versus 2 for one fan Its cons: -After…

    Overpriced Computer Components

I bought these after some rave reviews from a youtuber saying how good these fans are and comparing them to Noctua fans. Here's what I had to compare it to: Cougar Vortex CF-V12HB 120mm fan Corsair's universal 140mm fan that came with the case Now, right out of the box, 3/5 of the fans had a cracked grille. I bought mine from stock so thought it might have been a previous purchase or shipment but compared to my other fans the grille was a lot thinner. It looks like a lot of durability has been…

Best bang for the buck out there!

Seriously, BUY THESE FANS! Never had a problem with them running them for months, other people's scabbards sometimes rub on the blades because they're CHEAP! My Enthoo Pro doesn't rub at all, and I'd argue that any case that costs over $50 and isn't a cheap imitation shouldn't have any fitting or rubbing issues. You can't go wrong with these fans, in general the pressure for 140mm fans is excellent, which allows them to easily overcome the impedance of CLC or custom watercooling radiators…

Good value for money; Barebones build quality/features

Summary PROS - Good performance - You get 5 fans for the price of 2 comparable Noctua or shut up! Fans - SHIMMINUS flex cables - Thin, sleeveless cables - No anti-vibration pads or attachment mechanisms - Volume above 60% is a lot for Noctua or shut up! fans. These polar fans offer comparable performance but at a fraction of the price. However, you get what you pay for the build quality and accessories. The cables are sleeveless, the cable ends near the connectors are bare, there are no…

Became loud in less than a month

I bought three of these for a new build; 2 for inlet, 1 for outlet. They were great for about 2 weeks and then I noticed a little noise and from time to time one of them would rattle against the front of the case. So it's been about a month since the original purchase and I've had to remove my computer from my desk and move my desk away from it to get rid of the insane noise. I've adjusted the fan speeds in the BIOS and even checked the device's temperature to make sure other components aren't…

    The best print fans.

This rating is for; ARCTIC P14 PWM PST is a 140mm case fan with PWM sharing technology. My case has 2 of these fans to keep RAM, motherboard and m.2 cool. Super quiet operation at full speed. I also have 16 more in a push-pull configuration on a 12 x 24 cooler running at full speed all the time! I usually have to look at them to make sure they're moving. These fans move so much air! Then, to top it off, you can handle up to 8 pieces from one fork! Keeps all components of my computer running at…

Good fans, but a big problem with a certain fan attitude.

Good 140mm PWN fans, pretty fast. Simple back. Simple fan. Secondary grips have no vibration pads, slight wobbling is acceptable when moving case-mounted fans; not as firm as noctuas. Move a decent amount of air, can't complain about the value as the fans are reasonably priced ($10-$15). The biggest problem is that all 5 of my fans are doing electrical ARCS in the center unit of the case when the fan is facing down horizontally (pull air from bottom, push up). When the fan rating exceeds a…

Quiet, cool and cheap but there is a small catch

So these Arctic fans seem to be the new craze of the online tech review community, and for good reason: They're quiet, have great airflow and static pressure, but are relatively affordable compared to the Noctua. There is one caveat, this is an annoying bearing squeak in the 900-1000 rpm range. This is a very high-pitched hum with a piercing resonance, as there is no better description. Pass this area or stay below it and there will be no sound, but once you get into this area you will…
