My son loves the jacket but we almost sent it back because the sleeves are too long and the body length is too short. He insisted on keeping it, but I wouldn't recommend buying that particular brand.

Unfortunately we risked a ski jacket for one of our children. It has nothing to do with looks, fit etc, but this one is nowhere near waterproof. To be fair I don't think the jacket claims anything like that so we're on our own hence the four stars. Still, it's a good jacket, but don't consider it for skiing unless your child is ever going to fall or plan on getting moisture in contact with the jacket.

Edit - 03/10/2019 It has been almost 3 months and I am increasing my rating by one star. It was a fairly durable jacket and kept my son warm on some exploring trips in his 30's. Zippers are fine, the body is undamaged. And the glitter on the jacket has faded a bit so it looks like a regular jacket. I would buy it again.
