Excellent set. The case is perfect. This is my 12th Raspberry Pi; 2xPi2, 5xPi3b+, 5xPi4. I have upgraded all Pi4 cases to this one. The combination of passive and active cooling really makes the difference. (Indeed. I have a script that checks the status of all my Pis, including the CPU temp and I can see the difference). There was some trouble finding the 32GB SD card. It's hidden inside the case on a flash drive that allows you to plug an SD card into a standard USB port. Bonus.

Great case! The only way to do better is to fit a larger micro SD card, but that shouldn't be a deal breaker; If you're building a Raspberry Pi, you can find a great, cheap micro SD card here at Revain, or you may have a bunch of these at home already. The fan keeps it nice and cool for overclocking!

Came as expected. Good packaging. Easy assembly/configuration and consideration of all components. Definitely a quality item. I overclocked my RPi4 to 2.14GHz with surge and this case keeps temperatures below 62C for 20 minutes during a 4-core stress test. I am impressed. My only complaint is that I wish the base cover was aluminum like the rest of the case, but the plastic cover isn't a problem. Overall 10/10.

The case looks fantastic and the concept seems great. However, I think the HDMI and audio expansion card is not fully connected. When I tried to download it, I noticed the red power light and green SD read light came on, but there was no video. My TV detects when the cable is connected so it can see something on the HDMI port, but it still doesn't display any video. If they could fix it I would really like this little piece of kit. However, I had to send this back.

The whole kit is fantastic and as soon as I informed the seller that the SD card was corrupt and I knew how to identify it they sent me a new one . The downside is that it took almost a month. Regardless, once the kit is complete and your choice of operating system is installed, it's really easy to put together. The final bit is installing the power button driver and it's easy. Good Raspberry Pi housings have never been easy to find. Some are ugly, others impractical. With the Raspberry Pi 4, cooling issues are common or disruptive due to a noisy fan. Some metal cases, which are better in terms of cooling, limit the range of WLAN or Bluetooth. There are also those that interfere with fitting the hat.
