This case is amazing, solid aluminium, good workmanship, good fit. If you are looking for a Raspberry Pi case, I would highly recommend this case.

Everything came up. The box was well made upon delivery. The top closes with a magnet. What I can't tell yet is if it's blocking the Wi-Fi signal or if the magnet plays a role in affecting the electronics on the board. It is made of good materials and looks very nice. I recommend it as I haven't tested it yet.

This is my second NEO as the first one had no fan and also arrived cosmetically damaged. IMHO NEO should not be used without a fan helmet as when comparing the performance/temps with and without the fan it wasn't clear why. With no fan, I reached over 170 degrees Fahrenheit. With the fan hat on and off, I averaged 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The main problem is removing the cover during use, otherwise the heat will just roll in without escaping. This case is worth it! The fan hat gives your Pi the ability to shut down, restart, and force shut down with the push of a button.

Because this case looks so nice, easy to assemble and because you can spread just enough thermal pads for CPU/RAM/USB controllers. . The case looks great and there are two extra screws on the bottom. Then comes the fan cover/nozzle. I like that technically it doesn't block I/O, but it's a little tricky to connect to the GPIO pins. Switch on the ventilation in the bonnet using the magnet. I think the goal would be to keep it as dust free as possible and protect the pins. If you have a cover and fan, remove or replace the cover. Attempting to use the fan cover will only make the device hotter. Overall the case looks good and the fan could be more comfortable with a better cover.
