there is a little vibration because it is attached to a moving vehicle! I used some tension on the rubber bands to fit it snugly to the center console and it's more than fine. 2017 Dodge Ram. Very strong gooseneck. Great spring clip. No problem putting my iPad disguised in the Otterbox case. Prone to shaking which was solved with zip ties. Took 5 minutes to install, another 5 minutes to diagnose and fix the tremor, and 5 minutes to realize I was using the wrong feet to hold my iPad. In general very satisfied. If it breaks, I'll buy another one.

Looks good at first glance, after installation (5 minutes) I realized that every car needs it! I installed this on a small wrangler jeep, for those of you who know it's inherently quite a bumpy ride so I have to trim the shaft a few inches to reduce the shaking. Now it's not what you think it is (some kind of spiral springy metal rod), it's like an aluminum tube and there's a set screw on each end. Overall I like this mount: it can be used both vertically and horizontally, and there are different sizes of mounts to fit just about any tablet you can think of. I use it for the 9.7 inch iPad Pro. Installation is very simple: insert the bracket into the passenger seat bolt and secure, but there are also direct mount options if you want to mount it to something else. Strong aluminum stem is good for its rigidity but plastic ends can easily break. Be very careful when bending the bar into the desired shape. The plastic end of the anchor bracket splintered when I tried to bend the bar so it didn't get in the way of the seat. I used zip ties to hold it together and it worked. I combined the two mounting plates to allow the seat to still move forward. If you are only using the seat bolt anchor mount, the rod will prevent the seat from moving forward. By…
