Great product/thin plastic containers

I love this product! I can apply them with anything from a brush to my finger! However, small containers are terrible. They are screwed together and made out of cheap plastic, making it difficult to align the threads to reattach them. Ugh, and it's impossible to tell what color is inside without opening it up until you find it. You need to seriously reconsider these containers! The product is excellent although I am very happy with it.

12 arrived BROKEN, but.

EXCELLENT product. Therefore it is worth its price. 12 arrived completely broken down to the pot ("hit the pot” is a term in the makeup world to describe using a product so many times you hit the bottom of the container) and I have fixed them with a cup of rubbing alcohol. but lost a day's work with it. I took a picture, called Revane and they got it right. Revain is worth EVERY penny to be a Prime member! No rush, kind words and appropriate actions. If only Revain customer service existed to…

First time using panning - really impressed with the ability to blend off screen. But three pans arrived crushed, making mixing not less, but more difficult. Worse, I can't get any response other than that I have to stop production of the order in order to return the entire portrait set for a refund. I get no response to a request to replace only three pallets; or request a partial refund of enough quantity so that I can only order three damaged pans. So you have to stop production or live with

Loved it - Art Supply

I really like the color scheme you get in this set and it's absolutely cheaper to buy them in sets than buying them individually. I bought a pot just to make sure I liked it and then invested in this portrait set with all the tools to use them sold by the same company. This set has such a comprehensive color palette that you may only need 2-3 more colors to have a full color collection for portrait work. I definitely recommend using paper made specifically for pastels (which come in a variety…

Pan pastel is great BUT.

Let me start by saying that I have been using pastels for a long time. There are many benefits of using this product such as: B. Excellent blending and shading capabilities. This skin tone set contains a wide range of colors that make it easy to create both light and dark skin tones. However, my set arrived with two damaged capsules. I have included photos to show how they came right out of the box. Other people seem to have had a similar problem. The box it arrived in was not damaged in the…

When I bought these pastels they didn't tell me they weren't "soft". It's actually loose powder. I was expecting them to be more like soft pastels but they are more like talc in consistency. This makes the powder extra necessary to contain it. That's just the first problem. They also don't tell you that they come without cases. They stack on top of each other. Only the top pan has its own lid. The rest of each stack (I think I remember each stack can have 5 trays) screws into the bottom of the…
