This product is cheap and keeps what it promises. Now I cook rice perfectly. That's my business now. It has a detachable non-stick pot that is easy to clean and use. Definitely worth the price!

The rice cooker arrived in brand new packaging. When we unplugged it and plugged it in, the rice cooker didn't work. Upon further investigation, we found that there was also food at the bottom of the rice cooker. This rice cooker is broken and in use. I will request a refund. Very disappointed.

I had the smaller version when I was single but it's perfect for our growing family. It can even process foods like red beans and zatarai rice, not just regular rice. I steam the veggies all the time while the rice is cooking and it saves me a lot of time and I don't have to wash another pot.

My local Walmart kept canceling my order due to low stock. I really love my oven! It is very easy to use and cooks rice perfectly. Haven't used it with the steamer yet, but I'm glad it was included. I also like that the pot and accessories are dishwasher safe.

I thought it would be great to make rice porridge but I was so disappointed. I figured that since the pot holds 20 cups of cooked rice, one of the {included} cups of rice plus 10 cups of water should easily fit. Throughout the cooking time, rice and water spilled out of the pot onto the table making a big mess. What was left in the pot was good, but only half stayed in the pot. It just seems to me that this particular model of rice cooker always overcooks? Maybe mine is something special? Anyway, it doesn't seem to matter how much rice we cook, the device sprays sticky rice water during the cooking phase. With the other, smaller rice coolers we've had, this has never been a problem. never mind. But put a plate or tray underneath or you'll have a real mess to clean up. I like my new rice cooker, this is my second rice cooker for __ I ordered it a few years ago and still have it but there are a few tiny pin sized pieces in the inner pot and me will be ordering a replacement inner pot for it without even throwing it away and I will still be ordering another 20 cup rice cooker like this one I recently ordered and love it.
