Using this product, our team found that the bolts rusted and failed after only one use. While the stainless steel material may sound promising, it didn't hold up to automotive conditions. The one pro was that they were easy to install. Unfortunately, the cons far outweighed any benefit. We would not recommend these bolts for performance car parts and accessories.

Installed a short Gibson header with these APR header bolts. They work as advertised and look great on my LS engine. As with ALL manifold bolts, be sure to retighten the bolts after the engine has completely cooled. Do this after the first few engine warm-up cycles and you'll have the bolts in place forever. John

Pretty good head bolt set but probably overpriced for what it is. Interestingly, the factory bolts now have a large hex head. These ARP bolts still mimic the old stationary manifold bolt that broke off over time. If they don't suffer the same fate, they're worth their money. The screws also come with a set of very good washers. These are not ordinary flat washers, they are smaller in diameter and about twice the size of regular stainless steel metric flat washers.
