Staples are in order. The delivery leaves a lot to be desired. The packaging was not adequate to protect the staples. Staples are divided into 2 or segments of all rows. Useful and more trouble than it's worth getting a replacement. so 4 stars. If it hadn't broke it would have been 5

. The shipping department needs some common sense: throw 8 boxes of staples in a large box and add some bubble wrap. The box came with loose staples because one of the boxes of staples had burst. Second try, big box, but staple the box so the box doesn't open.

My stapler really enjoys using these staples. However, the staples in that order were broken into thousands of pieces. Some of them are too small to handle let alone download and use. In my opinion it was the packaging or the lack of it. No pads, peanuts or airbags. Nothing. Just a big box to jump into.

The stapler kept getting stuck because the staples were too thin and then overlapped in the stapler causing damage to my new stapler and my old staples worked fine on all my staples but not on this one, it jammed all my staplers. My old braces said they were made in the USA but this one just said they were designed and assembled in the USA, it's not the same.

I bought this one then I had to send another one because the first part of the piston that pushes the clamps was missing. I needed it for a project to make glitter baubles for Christmas decorations. They are made from 10 oz clear solo cups. The stapler needs a long neck to hold the cups together at the bottom. This is the only stapler I've found that works.
