Good shorts but little support around the waist

The shorts have good stretch which makes them very comfortable on the bike. Although I did notice that the elastic around the waist isn't very strong. A few things in his pockets, like keys and a purse, start pulling down his shorts. Finally, there are 2 belt loops on the front but none on the back, making it impossible to wear a belt. I'm not a fan of rubber bands as it creates an awkward crease in the front when you pull it tight. In my opinion they should have added more belt loops so you…

Pros
  • 6 well-placed pockets: 2 side light pockets for hands and 4 zippered pockets for safe and easy storage. Reflective branding for safety in the dark.
Cons
  • Something different

Perfect cycling shorts

Overall a good product. There were a few loose threads (see pictures) but they appear to be superficial so I didn't attach stars to them. The shorts have survived multiple rides and even a fall when I slipped through the mud. They are very comfortable and it seems that they are not even there. They move with your feet as you ride and don't constrict or jam at all. The top zip pocket is perfect for my Samsung Galaxy S8. The bag kept the phone close to my waist so it wouldn't bounce on my leg or…

Pros
  • Outstandingly comfortable: Made from 92% polyester + 8% spandex. Robust, light, water-repellent and breathable mountain bike shorts. We hope our shorts will find their place among your favorites.
Cons
  • Good but not great

It's time for new bikes. They suit me perfectly

I ride my fixed bike 10+ miles in the morning five times a week. I wear them every ride (at least until it gets cold in Phoenix, Arizona). They fit as expected and are very comfortable. The pockets are well designed and allow me to carry my phone securely (the pockets close with a zipper). The pockets are positioned in such a way that they do not impede the movement of the legs when trading. Buttons at waist really close and stay buttoned. Although they are water repellent they appear to be…

Pros
  • Polyester, Spandex
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Favorite summer shorts

Great shorts. I bought them for cycling but ended up wearing them all summer for daily hiking, cycling, walking and everyday wear. I wear them with suede bike shorts for riding and boxer shorts for everything else. As for riding, they were excellent. I'm 6ft 1in and the length is perfect. You don't get fixated on the saddle, whether it's training, mountain biking, or just cruising around town. They make it much easier to move back and forth in the saddle than regular cargo shorts. The four…

Good light weight, breathability and comfort

Purchased for mountain biking and use with inner shorts. I wear size 36 and it fits me better. There is still plenty of elastic stretch left, not too tight and not too loose. The black stripe across the butt is a spandex-like material that stretches a lot to keep the plumbing from tearing while cycling. The rest of the shorts are made from a very light softshell material that seems to offer a good compromise between abrasion resistance and lightness/breathability. I haven't found a use for zip…

Pros
  • Casual style for multiple uses: the shorts are ideal for all-mountain trail riding, cross-country walking and city commuting, and they are also a good choice for fishing trips and other outdoor activities sports or in normal mode. daily use due to everyday design and low weight.
Cons
  • Not all will fit

The devil is in the details

These shorts fit well and are comfortable, 3 stars. However, the details are problematic. First, the legs are slightly flared at the bottom, almost like a torch. I was hoping for something else, I wish they were a little narrower so the knees don't give as much when pedaling. Second, the 4 zippered pockets are too small for a medium sized phone, so the phone should be in one of the top pockets where you might already have your keys or wallet. Third, the velcro adjustment at the waist is good…

  • Zipper

  • Not the best
