I've been using only products from this easel for about a week now and so far so good! Everything works as it should and as far as I can tell it's good value for money. I have three complaints: 1. OMG manufacturer! Assembly instructions must be included! It was so hard to put together, very easy once I figured out what was going on, but it could be as simple as a youtube link showing how to open and set up an easel.2. I was shocked by the quality of the item. First, it's big. The box was 3 1/2 feet high and a foot wide. When I opened it, there was the whole set and an easel rolled into one. There were no instructions so it took me a while to figure out that the legs extend (they are on pins) but once I had it set up I was blown away by how perfect it was. All solid wood and wing nuts. I like that it's compact and doesn't require assembly. All of this is gathered, although it is not clear how and where to start to get up. I would like it with pictures or some kind of instructions. It looks like a jigsaw puzzle at first, but at least no tools (or batteries lol) are required. The plastic pallet is not the same as in the picture but quite decent.
