The hard back also makes these notebooks ideal for traveling. Thicker than regular computer paper, with a fine texture that adds an artistic flair to my daughter's drawings. Cons - My daughter flips back and forth regularly and over time the pages come out. Overall, I recommend this product and intend to buy more.
