the chair is fine and seems well made and comfortable. However, when assembling it, we found the missing part of the right hand. The "L" piece that attaches the chair's armrest to the backrest fits snugly, but there's nothing inside the hole to screw a screw into. The other lever is screwed in perfectly so that the threaded part fits into the hole. Selling Revain so I don't know how to replace the part. Basically, the armrest is hanging loose and the chair is unusable. What can you do, Revane?

Additional tools (not included) required for assembly, 1/2 diameter drill, power drill. I can't speak for everyone but "my" particular chair required a change of holes when mounting the armrest to the backrest as the supplied mounting screws for attaching the armrests to the backrest are too short to reach Threaded insert in the backrest. Countersunk holes in the armrest must be drilled an additional depth of at least 3/16" to engage the threaded insert in the seatback. Or, if you can determine
