Nice chair but missing parts

the chair is fine and seems well made and comfortable. However, when assembling it, we found the missing part of the right hand. The "L" piece that attaches the chair's armrest to the backrest fits snugly, but there's nothing inside the hole to screw a screw into. The other lever is screwed in perfectly so that the threaded part fits into the hole. Selling Revain so I don't know how to replace the part. Basically, the armrest is hanging loose and the chair is unusable. What can you do, Revane?
