Radio Dash kit, wire harness, and antenna adapter for installing an aftermarket radio- Dash kit works with a Double din Radio- Dash kit has a black finish- Wire harness and antenna adapter plugs into vehicle's connections. Some off-brand radios might not be true Double Din Spec (slightly oversized/undersized) which means this kit will need to be modified or sanded down. ---VERY IMPORTANT---- PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE----: Very Important: Wire harness only works with standard non-premium amp factory systems- Not compatible with amp systems like Bose, Infinity, etc.- Red ignition wire of the new radio has to be run separately from the vehicle radio harness (factory radio plug has no ignition power wire). Will not fit 2016 Jeep Patriot

Wiring harness does not include all of the wires required for a factory installed aftermarket stereo as shown. I found in the fine print that an AC power cord needs to be connected to the fuse box, which is very frustrating since the factory wiring harness is wired to power. Neither do all seat belts and it should be clear that a T-shaped seat belt is required. I found out about this after going head first into the installation and having to put everything back together and now I can't evenโ€ฆ

Don't buy this! Just doesn't fit right

To save others frustration, I wanted to save to get fit. I installed this fairing kit on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler and the kit does not fit. Let me repeat that again, this doesn't quite fit. If you'd rather take your time and get a totally amateur fit and finish, then go for it. If you want your setup to look professional, stay away. I'll be buying another kit which means I'll have to remove the dash and put the head unit in. to get the fit and finish, you expect. To be clear, I've installed several

Does not fit properly and does not include all wires in connector to make it plug and play

The car chose this kit. 2011 ram 2500. The audio adapter wiring harness did not include a DC wire in the connector. Just one wire with butt connector and fuse adapter. Of course the car which it's listed for (fits multiple cars, so one of these), a body control module that senses current, so it doesn't have fuses. In addition, the cable adapter does not include the dimmer cable in the connector, even if it is in the vehicle wiring harness. At the very least they could have included someโ€ฆ

I rarely write reviews but after spending a few hours customizing it I wanted to spare others the same frustration. I installed this fairing kit on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler and the kit does not fit. Let me repeat that again, this doesn't quite fit. If you'd rather take your time and get a totally amateur fit and finish, then go for it. If you want your setup to look professional, stay away from this one. I am about to purchase another kit which means I will have to remove the dash and mount theโ€ฆ
