these chairs are designed for very thin people with no buttocks. We're not tall people, but we're used to much wider and softer pillows. sitting on it was not comfortable at all. Do not plan to calmly drink coffee and read the newspaper in the morning, this will not happen, your butt will hurt in 10 minutes. the chairs are darker than in the picture and a little more expensive than on the market. I regret buying them.

I bought a nice table at an antique store but they didn't have any chairs with my name on them. I looked and looked until I saw these. Wow they look great with my new table! They arrived very quickly and were so easy to put together. I assembled all four in about an hour and a half. After I did the first one, the rest went even faster. Excellent quality, comfortable soft seat and very beautiful. I always get lots of compliments on her too :)

The leg of the chair is split on the second use. I just wanted a new chair leg. Contacted Ashley and they said to go through Revane. Revane is asking me to take both chairs out of the set and figure out how to send them back for a refund. I'm glad they refund but upset they don't replace/exchange. I bought 2 sets now I need to find 2 more chairs and these have gone up in price. I appreciate Revane's help, but I'm so fed up with the situation. Will never buy from Ashley again.

Chairs are good quality, look good and suit my needs. They were very easy to assemble, it took about 30 minutes to put 4 chairs together. I would like to say that they are strong, but the legs of 3 are uneven, 2 are slightly noticeable, and the 1st is terribly swaying, even at least half a centimeter. Ashley's online customer service is not available for questions, so you'll need to call. I don't have time to wait on hold or call back, it usually happens at the worst possible time. You can help

We ordered these to replace our old, very large and heavy dining room chairs. Ordered 6 chairs. The order came quickly and the chairs were well packaged. They were easy to assemble and everything you needed was included. They are attractive and appear durable. My 225 lb husband even said they were comfortable. I bought two sets for a total of four chairs. You look as expected. They were very easy to assemble. The wood is strong and appears to be quite durable although the chair cushions are quite firm. Maybe they get softer with use? Or maybe I have an unusually sensitive butt. I'm deducting a star because while one of the two chairs was perfect, one had uneven legs that caused it to wobble. I love the style of these chairs but after carefully assembling according to the instructions the legs of 5 of the 6 chairs I have purchased are uneven. The legs are actually all the same length, but the screw holes for attaching the rear legs to the underside of the seat are higher on one side. This in turn causes one of the front legs to "hop". The worst can be seen in the photos with the front leg raised 1/2 inch. Another photo shows the underside of the seat where it is offset 1/4 inch next

These are good chairs for the money. The seat cushion is attractive and comfortable. Seat back support. The wood is dark colored. Personally, we would have liked them to come in a lighter color. Assembly is not too difficult. You use the hex wrench (included) to screw the seat cushion to the legs. You can do this with an allen wrench but it's a bit tedious, I wish they had used hex or screw head screws which are easier to turn. I used a (manual) drive with an Allen key of the right size, which…
