The wearing comfort of these shoes is amazing. They can easily compete with $130 overpronating shoes that lack arch support. This is where I failed completely. Attempts have been made to replace the insoles with arch support, but unfortunately the comfort is no longer the same. The supplied insole is removable but fixed with glue. I have heavy suppination AND flat, wide feet. On the outside of my feet, initially and often, my shoes would start to literally fold outwards because my feet were too wide and the shoes would allow my feet to roll outwards. These shoes do exactly the opposite. They roll inwards and have no protruding arch inside. If anything, I'd say they roll my feet outward and almost wrap them up a bit more than they have to.
