ASICS GT 2000 Men's Running Shoes – Athletic and Stylish in White Review

I have worn this brand for over 20 years and love the fit and feel and have cool color combos from time to time and then revert to soft and simple colors which is the biggest disappointment.

Mainly used for fast walking. The shoe fits well and has enough cushioning and support for my specific needs. The shoes may not be durable enough for long-term use!

I've always had a Mizuno and been happy with it, but this time I tried Asics. My first attempt to walk lightly on a treadmill caused my heel irritation. For those who struggle with running shoes because they are too tight, too soft, or not supportive enough, I really liked these shoes. They fit well and offer great support.

Second pair of these shoes. Good for the road and good for the trail. You can slip a bit on the sandstone, but that's not what they're made for. Good pillow.

After 5 months this shoe fits perfectly on the foot. They take the shape of your foot and, as is usual with ASICS, give the impression that you are walking on clouds. The problem is I'm only 5 months old and have walked a few hundred miles in these shoes and the sole on the heel of my left boot is already peeling off. Always been a big supporter of ASICS but they seem to lack durability.

For many, this is my favorite sneaker because I have a special foot. The comfort is amazing and the shoe lasts longer than I expected.

These are the best ASICS shoes I have ever worn. I usually buy GT-1000. But these are even better. You feel better, more comfortable, great support. Great shoes!

It's been years since I bought and walked/walked in Asics athletic shoes. The leather is a bit stiff but it fits me because I like sturdy shoes. It's also a very nice shoe. I would buy this again.

This is my third pair and my doctor recommended them for a fasciitis planter and they work. They fit comfortably on my 13 4E foot.

They are very comfortable and you can machine wash them in hot water and the insole doesn't fall out like cheaper shoes. That's my review.

These are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever had. I usually buy New Balance and have to remove the sole to replace it with a more orthodox Dr. Schools. These Asics make my feet feel comfortable (like a gel cloud) when walking, but they are very stable as they wrap around your foot and have a stabilizer on the bottom of the shoe. Also, I find normal Asics very narrow, so wide shoes are perfect for me. I usually have 10 1/2, but 10 1/2 E (wide) fits me better in Asics.

I've been wearing ASICS for decades. These shoes were the worst I have ever had. No doubt the only ASICS I had disappointed me. They cut my legs after wearing them for a few weeks. I ended up throwing them away after walking in them for the next few weeks.

ASICS differ in the design of the heel. This scalloped model fits well, when the heel is raised there is no heel and the shoe wears on the inside of the heel in front of the sole. I think all ASICS should have a notched top heel.

I've read that some people are unhappy with the changes ASICS have made, but I don't see a difference in every new pair I buy. They still fit great and are very well suited for my use, which is usually associated with cardio and strength training in the gym. I even wear them mostly as casual shoes. I really wish ASICS had put a little reinforcement at the top of the toe box to prevent "toe popping" but I contacted them about this and they haven't said anything. Otherwise I am very satisfied…

I've tried quite a few running shoes over the years and so far my favorite shoe is the GT-2000, which I buy anytime one of my running shoes wears out. I have an extremely vulnerable running style so I need shoes that can support that and they are great. I've run many miles in them and I've never had an injury in these shoes! They usually last me about 480 miles before the bottom sole starts to loosen and come off. But at 250 pounds I can't expect them to hold that weight much longer.

These shoes are fantastic, one of Best Buy's top 10 best buys of all time. I've never had athletic shoes that were comfortable as I've had a collapsed foot and arch on walks, but this is different.

I'm a heavy guy and my legs can take hard walking eight hours a day. They were good for a week but then became too uncomfortable to wear. If you are not so heavy, they can be comfortable for longer.

Very comfortable and fits perfectly. I know everyone's feet are different, but they are perfect for my feet. The material turned out to be of good quality and will hopefully last for many kilometers. I've run about 30 miles in them so far and they're getting better with every step.

Fits as it should. I've worn this Asics style for years and love it. Classic fit and roomy fit. They fit right out of the box, you never have to shrink them.
