    Better make them stronger faster

I love ASIC shoes. Fan for a while. Worn them to boxing and now that I have kids ready to fight. I stay with this brand. Excellent adhesion to the mat. And they're narrow, so if you have a kid who has the same feet as me, they still work, but you just have to tug on the laces more. I can really see how my confidence has changed now that both my boys are wearing new shoes. Always tell me they seem to be faster and grippier (? that's the word). Overall great shoes. The kids love them and the…

    Persistent..! in my opinion

These shoes are great for my 10 year old. I am convinced that there are no super comfortable wrestling shoes. Between my two boys I found they are all quite tight. So for the price it was exactly what we expected. Great solid wrestling show.

    Pros
    • I am in love with these shoes. I chose the size after reading other reviews. I have 4.5. I chose 5 for youth and everything is perfect!
    Cons
    • There may be a lack of grip on some surfaces, leading to a potential slip hazard.

Fast and easy the best in my rating

This is our first year of struggle. We had to exchange them for a half size smaller, but it was a quick and painless process. Will be back next year for her next couple.

    Pros
    • Very durable. Took a whole year. would recommend
    Cons
    • Good shoe, although the front sole seems to wear out faster

Comfortable shoes for women in martial arts

I almost always wear size 7.5 women's shoes and after reading many reviews I decided to try size 6. They fit me perfectly. I have high arches and terrible stirrups, and this shoe still feels comfortable and supportive after two hours of heavy bag work, Krav Maga, and the like. The packaging says this is an EU size 37.5 which is not true to size. the table for this product says unfortunately. Great shoes but beware of the sizing.

    Pros
    • my son likes them
    Cons
    • May not provide adequate ankle support for those with a history of ankle injuries.

    Order 1/2 size larger

Due to my grandson's wide feet I decided to order 1/2 size up as wrestling shoes are supposed to be snug. It worked great. They are not for regular use, they are sport specific. Will order again next season.

    Pros
    • No complaints in 4 years. They fit and work well
    Cons
    • Not suitable for streets or rough terrain as the outsole can wear out quickly.

    child approved in my review

Bought this for my kid. It's his first time wrestling and he tells me how comfortable the shoes are. I am very happy with this purchase.

    Pros
    • I waited a whole season before writing a review. The son loved her. You have held up well
    Cons
    • My son's foot size is about 2 1/2 so I bought a size 3. He couldn't even fit his foot in the shoe. Too small and cramped.

    In my opinion too little

I checked the sizes, measured my son's foot and found what I thought fit perfectly which was shoes the same size as him. NO. Way too small! Will have to take 2 sizes more! We couldn't even put it on and the laces were completely untied.

    Pros
    • good price and quality
    Cons
    • The shoes look great, they didn't fit because they are too small

Increase your tennis shoes by 1 size.

Bought these for my daughter. She wears size 4 tennis shoes. I originally bought a size 4 wrestling shoe, which was much shorter and too tight. Bought a size 5 and it was the same length as her size 4 tennis shoes. She loves them!

    Pros
    • Loved the color and how it suits my daughter
    Cons
    • It runs about a size and a half smaller. i have to return it

    Terrible last review

The shoes are terrible. I bought this for my 4 year old son who works out for an hour 3 times a week. The shoes literally fell apart. Barely lasted a month. Better get Addidas for a few bucks more, they are very small too

    Pros
    • The product was of good quality. The product didn't really work. I would recommend going half a step up.
    Cons
    • May not fit properly and cause discomfort during use.

    Serves its purpose

Bought for my 8 year old son to wrestle. All in all it's good and he likes her. My only complaint is the same as with most children's shoes; They are made for children with relatively narrow feet. My son has wide feet and wears a size 2, but we had to order these wrestling shoes in a size 3.

    Pros
    • 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤣🤣
    Cons
    • It's good but difficult to put on.

Durable and flexible. The fight is approved.

My 10 year old loves wrestling. He loves these shoes. Better than his old Nikes. Comfortable and flexible, which is important during the game.

    Pros
    • The quality is good but it seems small to me. It is best to try it on in person before ordering.
    Cons
    • May not be powerful enough for frequent and heavy use by more serious wrestlers.

    True to size, fits me

I bought these for my 2 year old. They fit perfectly but I wish they had velcro because this is America. Nobody has time for shoelaces. 5 Stars. Fits as expected.

    Pros
    • Great shoes for beginner wrestlers! They lasted two seasons before he outgrew them.
    Cons
    • Shoes are much smaller. I bought two sizes larger than what he usually wore so we had room to grow.

Regret - my review - my new review

You get what you pay for. These are the cheapest wrestling shoes on Amazon and they are not very well made. My 10 year old son wore them for 2 months and I had to replace these shoes because I think the quality is so bad it hurts him.

    Pros
    • They fit my baby perfectly!
    Cons
    • The shoes themselves were good quality but very small and tight. I had to go back. Too tight to wear.

Asics Matflex 5 GS Wrestling Shoes - Size K13/Slightly Small

The Asics Matflex 5 GS Wrestling Shoes (Small/Large) are a very popular wrestling shoe. I found the K13s to fit about 1/2 or 1 size smaller than the regular size 13. They fit my 6 year old just right and should hold up well for the rest of the fight. wanted some leeway. He has a normal shoe size 12.5, comfortable. I've been long gone and this is his first year joining so I don't know how well they're holding up but will update later if needed. Very happy with these shoes and would definitely…

    Great fit and very durable

I'm a small woman, I wear regular women's shoes, a size 6. I bought these for strength training at the gym, size 4.5 for boys/teens. Fits great and is super durable. I had my first pair with my son when he was wrestling in junior high school around age 13. I wore them until the year before last when I had holes in the bottom of the sole. My son was 18 at the time = DI also wore them for daily activities although I now think it was a split second style with a split sole (sneaker sole) and looked

Do you remember shoehorns? you will need one

Just because my son has been using them less than 6 months they are SO NOT $35. Trust me, kids grow up so fast that by the time he can finally give his mom an ankle for taking his drinker from him, you'll already have to buy another pair. And the top version, oh my god, doesn't even turn me on! You ONLY need a shoehorn to slip your feet into your shoes! Even AFTER I loosened the laces enough that the boot now looks like a spaghetti monster from hell, I still had trouble getting his heel in…
