I am a long-distance runner who runs all year round. I recently ordered these to have some thermal tights to keep my feet warm during the winter/fall months. I ordered the size "small" and they fit perfectly. I wear size 30 jeans and I think they will be loose for me. They fit me perfectly and I have a comfortable crotch when I run. I am happy with my order and will continue to order running clothes from Asics.

I'm 5'11" 152 lbs and waist about 31 or 32. Large - good fit. Medium is too small, especially around the waist. I would say if you were a little shorter than me you would still be wearing big tights. Great tights. It's good to run in the fall. I live in Michigan and they are perfect for fall training. Everyone is different, but anything above 60F is too warm for me. I'd say they work fine up to 40F if you close the rest properly.
