I haven't had them long enough to really say how long they last, but I use them in the boxing gym almost every day and they're great. They usually wear a size 9, I took the 9.5 and they fit perfectly.

I've been wearing them to the gym since I got them. I like the flat sole, better balance on squats and deadlifts. Great trainer, very comfortable (but if you have a wide foot like mine look for a wider version of the shoe) and they look great! When they wear out I will definitely buy another pair.

These are good shoes for krav maga and mat. This gives you good traction but still allows you to twist and turn your foot to hit the mat. I have struggled for several years in a row and these are good shoes in the low to mid range. They work less than usual. I wear a size 12 in all my shoes (except Nike, they also run small) so when I ordered the 12m it was too narrow in width and a bit too small in length.

My son liked the look of them but reported that they don't hold the mat well. In addition, they showed noticeable wear after just a few weeks of use. They have never been worn except on a carpet so I didn't expect them to deteriorate so quickly.
