Easy and quick way collect & analyze salesforce activity

I like that it has an easy to use interface, allowing me quickly access information about my customers. It also allows for customization of reports/dashboards as needed by our business operations team. The cost is not ideal - but this isn't something we can control at present time; however if you have a large number or data sources being pulled into your system then there will be costs involved in setting up any new source (e.g.: connecting with CRM systems). We are currently pulling together…

Great tool and great service provided

I like that you can see what your customers are saying about other companies, products or services within one place so it's easy to find out who they have been talking negatively with - this is very helpful for us as we try not be in business of being right all of the time! Sometimes there isn't much data available if its an older customer account (sometimes even after contacting them) which makes finding some info difficult but overall i think CI works well enought where most things work…
