I like that you can see what your customers are saying about other companies, products or services within one place so it's easy to find out who they have been talking negatively with - this is very helpful for us as we try not be in business of being right all of the time! Sometimes there isn't much data available if its an older customer account (sometimes even after contacting them) which makes finding some info difficult but overall i think CI works well enought where most things work okayish. We use ci because our clients want their feedback from when purchasing software/hardware etc online collected via surveys / social media posts & emails sent directly by email rather than asking people over phone calls or face-toface interviews.
