I like how easy it was to set up my account since there are no manual steps involved in setting things up for me as far as adding products or creating sub accounts goes. The program itself has some quirks at times but they're minor issues only if something doesn't work correctly. We are using this software to keep an eye over our facility's equipment. The reports we can generate from it makes things very easy for us at work place as well as in general life of people who use them too. It provides many useful features out-of-the box like Maintenance Management etc., but if any customization need arises then they do provide support via email/call also. There really isn't anything i dislike about this program at present time but there could be more options added throughout their product line such as mobile phone app integration or an ability of creating different types/levels within one user's profile.
