6-Inch Hand Sanding Block for Round Discs by Astro 4655 Review

It's so nice to just attach one of H&L's 6 inch discs to this thing and go downstairs without fiddling with levers or cutting specific paper sizes. I use this thing (and the 5" version) all the time!

Buy it! Love it. very convenient. Best of all, the same sanding discs that fit on the orbital sander work with this additional 1/2 inch diameter foam pad and you can sand burrs and irregular shapes. Simply remove the drive when worn and reposition to utilize the entire drive. I hand sand wood all day and it's easy on my hands!

Works great. I can use 5" or 6" rims with no problems. Velcro holds very well. The size and shape fit my hand perfectly. I have small to medium sized hands. I wear a small size with Dainese gloves and a medium size with Alpinestar gloves for reference. The material and feel of the block feels great. I would definitely buy more.

I don't know shit about this item but my friend is a body repair guy and he was so happy he got it and was itching to use it at work. He called me during his lunch break the first time he used it just to let me know how much he loved it! It's been a few months since we ordered it and we're still using it and still loving it as much as the first time!

This and the smaller 5" version are perfect for use with my 6" and 5" grinding wheels. This is important as sometimes I accidentally buy sanding discs with no holes or the wrong number of holes to match my dust-collecting random orbital sanders. Highly recommended. I have a few discs of different grit ready for immediate use.
