Just super, it's beautifully made, I'm very happy with it.

So far, I took it with r5 3600 - at the moment such a board is redundant, but in a couple of years I can seamlessly upgrade to something like 4700x or even 4900x, having received a huge performance boost. The main feature of the chipset is pcie4, which is of little use at the moment, but since it will also be in new consoles, in a couple of years games will be optimized for such speeds, and we already have everything. As for the Internet and drivers - during the installation of Windows, the…

Pros
  • Decent power supply and vrm, will pull out any modern processor; pcie4 for one video card and one ssd; heatsinks on both slots for m2-ssd; decent built-in sound; convenient implementation of ating the BIOS, you don’t need to climb yourself, just plugged the USB flash drive into the switched off computer and pressed the button on the back panel.

I will never repeat this purchase.

I was very disappointed that I could not install the drivers, and those that came with the kit . In fairness, I’ll say that the F board, in the service center, started working over the network, with some kind of miracle system, I understand that it’s iron new, and windows 10 might not detect these components, but again, I tried to install all the drivers that went into set, the result is zero . ps: and I'll add, the motherboard from ASUS z270 STRIX GAMING saw the network even before the system…

Pros
  • The board looks very nice + very nice lighting. There are heatsinks for NVMe SSDs, cool stuff.
Cons
  • Yesterday, on 06/24/2022, this miracle, along with the Ryzen 3700x processor, was bought in the city link, the system installed very quickly, but the problem is that neither the network nor the sound card was detected in the system, I tried to install standard drivers from the disk, it also did not work. After that, the same board was bought, only E (and not F), and the situation repeated itself 1 in 1 .

I have known ASUS since 2022, I am very pleased with their products. This motherboard showed itself perfectly with the ryzen 3900x (immediately ate the BIOS, as the old processor is boosted jerkily), the power circuits almost do not heat up, excellent memory overclocking, heatsinks for m2 nvme ssd. Great software for managing sound, lighting, fans and overclocking. Well, how not to say about the cool aesthetic appearance.

Pros
  • The best motherboard in its price range 1. Excellent power circuits and their cooling (allow you to install any zen2 processor and not worry about overheating of the power system). 2. Good sound, as well as cool software for it. 3. Network from Intel. 4. Convenient BIOS with a large number of settings. 5. Support for pcie 4.0 (for the future)
Cons
  • Price)

On this board, it was possible to overclock the CRUCIAL Ballistix Sport LT BLS8G4D26BFSBK modules up to 3400 MHz without any problems, with their base 2666 MHz. The timings are a bit high 18-20-20-38 and it was impossible to squeeze them without losing stability, but this is rather a feature of the modules themselves. I am completely satisfied with the purchase, although the main feature of the b550 (PCI-e 4.0) is still not very useful.

Pros
  • Everything that most users might need and at the highest level. A VRM capable of pulling out almost any AMD processor, a chic sound controller, excellent heatsinks for m2, excellent memory overclocking, a convenient BIOS and the ability to flash it without a processor, design and overall workmanship.
Cons
  • The price, although it is justified by the pluses, this item rather applies to all solutions on the b550 We could add output to external type c, like on the E version. There are only 4 real power phases, the rest are simple parallelization.

On the Asus TUF B450, all drivers for Win7 were available on the site. They don't exist on this motherboard. Probably not relevant to anyone, but still. There is a backlight. I don't know why it's needed. Has some pros: The rear panel comes with the motherboard. I love when they do that. Compared to the TUF B450-Pro Gaming that I had before, it starts up pretty quickly (the B450 thought about 10 seconds before doing a POST), all this with a 3900X processor. Works stably with a set of memory…

Great product, best quality.

For a long time I could not decide between b450 and b550, I decided not to save. here the power supply is better, PCIe 4.0, and plus there will be no problems with zen3 support. I chose Asus because I am sure of a high level of reliability. The asus p5q-se2 motherboard has been working in the home server for 7 years in 27/7 mode. 10 out of 10 Very happy with purchase. With its pros: 1. Good feeder and its cooling. 12+2 phases, where is it even better? 2. Sound, SupremeFX based on ALC1220, at…

The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

The board was taken under the Ryzen 9 3900 in order to overclock to the characteristics of the 3900X model. And I will say that the board did an excellent job with its purpose. I overclocked using the PBO functions with parameters (142 95 140) and the power supply offset at -0.06. Memory did not drive, tk. the computer was taken for rendering in Corona, and there the memory speed does not wag anything. Impressions from the board are excellent, although the price is high, but it is worth the…

Pros
  • - Convenient BIOS and good overclocking potential - Strict black board design - Quality sound SupremeFX S1220A - No fans like on X570s - 2.5 Gbps, on Intel I225-V - Power supply 8 + 4-pin
Cons
  • - No front USB-C connector - No temperature sensor on VRM

Summary? I am completely satisfied. Everything - product packaging, ease of assembly and trouble-free operation of the assembled system - leaves the most positive impressions from using the ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING motherboard. A convenient BIOS allows you to easily deal with all the necessary settings for the components. And the finished assembly behind the transparent wall of the case just pleasantly pleases the eye of its owner.

Pros
  • I have known ASUS products for a long time and not by hearsay. This is not my first motherboard authored by this company, so with the next upgrade, the question of choosing a manufacturer even arose - I just chose ASUS again. Among the main advantages of the product can be listed: 1. High-quality element base, 12+2 power phases, a six-layer printed circuit board, massive heatsinks - all this contributes to stability in overclocking and inspires confidence in the reliability of the motherboard. 2. Support for PCIe 4.0 today. The video card and one of the M2 slots operate in PCIe 4.0 mode. Both M2 slots have large and high-quality heatsinks with thermal pads. 3. High-quality SupremeFX sound system, built on the ALC1220 codec, high-quality Japanese Nichicon capacitors, and two operational amplifiers for the front headphone output. All this is complemented by excellent software Sonic Studio III with many proprietary technologies. 4. Intel's 2.5G Ethernet is simply the most advanced network controller to date, and that says it all.

It functions perfectly, nothing unusual.

At the first start, the ddr diode burned (I tried different kits), it went away after reinstalling the processor. When you try to set xmp (memory G-skill 3200cl14), the computer turns off and does not start, resetting the BIOS does not help, it can only be treated by poking the processor. I also had to buy a new ssd, the old patriot burst 120gb was not defined as bootable, I installed the latest BIOS, nothing has changed . Ps: After 15 pokes of the processor, everything seemed to work as it…

Pros
  • PCIE 4.0, lack of a fan on the chipset, decent power system, lots of fan connectors.
Cons
  • Made me tinker and get nervous, my old ssd does not work, inadequate voltages out of the box.

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

Drivers and software are installed from the board in Windows. The feature can be disabled in the BIOS. But then you will need drivers for LAN. Different pros: - looks very cool - PCIe-4 (x16 + x4) and PCIe3 (x4 + x4) - much more expansion options than on the B450 - no active cooling - stickers included, nice -LAN 2.5G - USB Type C 3.2 Gen 2 - you can put a lot of fast memory - convenient BIOS, the ability to ate without a processor - beautiful lighting, synchronized with other components - many

I chose a motherboard based on the b550 chipset due to the lack of a fan in comparison with the x570, but at the same time the presence of all the main features: PCIe 4.0, overclocking, the ability to upgrade for a future generation of processors. As a result, the choice fell on this model from asus, for the most part because of the high-quality performance of the power circuits and the implementation of a good sound system, which is either worse or simply mediocre for most competitors in this…

Pros
  • 1. Stability and overclocking potential in the form of a 12 + 2-phase power supply system, 6-layer textolite, cooling. 2. Intuitive and user-friendly BIOS interface with a large number of settings. 3. Very solid sound system and codec. 4. Other goodies: BIOS ate directly from a flash drive via USB BIOS flashback; the presence of radiators on m.2 slots, Aura Sync for the corresponding peripherals; firmware
Cons
  • 1. One connector for Aura Sync was not enough. If you plan to install a lot of case fans with 3pin argb backlighting, it's better to think about splitters right away. 2. Not quite an adequate price for the b550 chipset

Great for the price point

Pros: * Fanless VRM makes me doubt its overclocking potential, but if that's not your bag then it's great. A huge heatsink can compensate for this. * 2.5Gb LAN is a great selling point, but most people won't use it. That being said, WiFi6 is a fantastic addition and the WiFi antenna is magnetic so it's easy to hide. However, the magnet was in a strange place. I figured it would run flush rather than work. * 2 M.2 slots, both with heatsinks (1 pci4.0 of course), so that's good. Should be…

Surprisingly, I don't hate Armory Crate

. When I read that ASUS had somehow integrated their Armory Crate utility into new W10 installs on ROG boards, I was a bit skeptical about the motherboard software bloat. I still don't understand how they did it. But it actually made my life incredibly easy when I launched this new box. On first launch I was prompted to press a key to install Armory Crate and the LAN driver directly from a repository on the mobo itself. On the second launch, I was presented with a list of all the other drivers…

Great quality but maybe a bit overpriced for the B550.

ASUS B-550 F Gaming (WiFi) I will not add what you have already read in the description but what you may not notice until it is in your hands. Bios updated box to run 3rd gen Ryzen. Everything is easily accessible. The power supply is designed to support 8+4 pins, especially if you want to overclock. Remember I'm against it. But it will work fine if you only have an 8 pin power supply. Just make sure you have enough power for what you're running. 600W is sufficient for most settings. Comes with

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • My concern is

I don't have time to write a proper review for this right now but rest assured I will update this once I figure out the situation. Pros: + Lots of features including magnetic Wi-Fi 6 antennas! + Works out of the box with Ryzen 3900X. + 2 M.2 slots with covers and mounting screws included! + Great lighting design with LED strip support. Rear exit without a separate rear wall, fortunately. Cons: - Half of the features don't work as expected. - Ryzen 3900X works, but overclocking options are…

Wish I bought something else

. and functions were concerned. My headache started almost immediately. I had problems installing Windows 10 from USB. It turned out that for some reason this board did not support new flash drives in the BIOS , but luckily I had an old 8 gigabyte drive lying around. It wasted several hours of my time and I would never have noticed if it wasn't for the internet. After that everything seemed fine for a while and I was happy with the motherboard, including Armory Crate, an application designed to
