I am very happy with this phone. The clarity is very good and I like the call filtering. The difference between call blocking and filtering is that you have to press the block button on the first call (telemarketing) and I've found that they change numbers frequently. By screening, they stop calls and give you a voice on whether to answer the call or not. Set up your directory and calls will go through with ease. I have recommended this phone to others.

The base unit was easy to mount on my wall where my old phone was and the robot calls stopped as soon as the phone was connected. I still have to refer to my manual when I want to add a name and number to my phonebook on my phone, or edit one that's already been entered.
