Excellent replacement for expensive big brands. They seem to be as effective as Underarmour and Nike at keeping you cool and comfortable in hot weather. I'm 6ft 150lbs and the average size fits me. Pretty cozy with little room to manoeuvre. I would have to go a small if I wanted a tight fit. The most amazing thing about these shirts is that they come below my waist. If you wear a uniform to work, you know how difficult it is to wash and then iron it to keep it looking crisp. I'm 6ft 4" and between 240 and 270 pounds (anytime lol). I wear a large size and it works great for me, not for ride suggestions on the site.
