I'm 6ft 1in, 175lbs, 16 neck, 34/35 arms, 32 waist for reference. I've never owned this style of shirt before so I wasn't sure what to expect and I was a bit skeptical about the warmth claims but I was wrong - the microfleece is fantastic! Bought these to wear as a base layer in Chicago during the winter. I'm always cold, even when I'm working from home. Good length, folds well. The arms fit perfectly, not too tight and not too long, but not loose either. I got this working at work (retail) in the morning. does the job. My only complaint is that I ordered three packs: black, navy blue and dark grey. The colors black and gray corresponded to the picture, but instead of gray I got an army green top. I like the color so I'm keeping it but it's quite an odd mix.

5'10, 140lbs. I'm a medium size and it fits perfectly. I like my shirts a little longer and it works. The material is incredibly soft and warm. I will be buying more here pretty soon to use pajama tops as a base layer in winter when I go out and just wear them at home. i love it very much

Okay so it's really comfortable I'm 5ft 7in 295lbs and I've grown tall. The only thing I don't like is the neck. It's very wide. I don't like baggy necklines on shirts, I'm embarrassed by them, wasn't expecting that, but with a t-shirt over it's acceptable for the price, and I've been sweating indoors, it's definitely warm.
