I have been using them since they were called iCIMS (now renamed as atlas). They are very knowledgeable about cloud management services that include AWS/Azure along with hybrid solutions such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft HyperV VMs running within an Azure VM Scale set; however this only works if you understand how it all fits together!
